Latisse UK

Are you looking to buy Latisse in the UK?

What is Latisse?

Latisse is simple to apply liquid which has been clinicly proven to grow eyelashes longer, thicker and darker. It was developed in America and has passed FDA approval for eyelash growth. The active ingredient is bimatoprost 0.03%.

How does Latisse work?

Latisse is a class of compound called a prostamide. It mimics a natural prostaglanin within the body which helps to regulate hair growth. When the treatment is used on hair it stimulates the hair growth cycle by prolonging the anagen phase which is also known as the growth phase.

What results will I achieve?

Medical studies have shown that normal results are eyelashes that are:

  • 106% thicker
  • 25% longer
  • 18% darker

How soon do I see results?

The hair growth cycle takes weeks before the first results are visible the majority of our happy clients see the first growth within 4 weeks of using Mylash. To get the best results take a full 16 weeks which is the length of time needed for your eyelash to complete a full cycle of growth.

How do you use the treatment?

The treatment is easy to use! Using the provided precise applicator, you apply a small amount of liquid to the skin at the base of the lashes. It is applied once a day before bed.

How much is Mylash?

You can buy Mylash online for £105 and this includes everything: the prescription, eyelash growth treatment and free delivery by courier. This treatment pack lasts on average 3-4 months and will start you on your journey to longer, healthier looking

How do I order?

For everyone to get the best treatment we first ask a set of simple medical questions before we proceed with the order. We only charge for payment if you can use the treatment so you would never be charged on the rare occassion that you were unsuitable. The primary reason we do not proceed is pregnancy or breast feeding. There are people that haved used the treatment while pregnant without any problems but we do not feel that it is suitable in these cases. It is best to avoid non essential treatments during pregnancy and this would be included since it is cosmetic. If you have ever had serious eye problems, such as uveitis or glaucoma, then we would not proceed with the service.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are very rare with Mylash and the vast majority have no problems. Our longest users have been using Mylash continually for over 10 years since we started in 2008. When Latisse was developed in America it has to undergo FDA approval which studies potential issues. The most common side effect was shown to be redness of the eye which lasts a few days. This happened in less than 4% of people in the medical trials. Just under 1% of users have a small amount of darkening to the base of the eyelash where eyeliner would normally be applied and this has been shown to normally go away when the treatment is ceased. Before the treatment was used as a cosmetic, it used to be applied to the eyeball for glaucoma and a tiny percentage with blue eyes developed brown pigmentation, very much like a tiny freckle, on the coloured part of the eye. We have never experienced this problem seen in a cosmetic application. In America there have been millions of people that have used Latisse and Mylash has not been able to find an appropriately written up instance of eye change when it was used correctly.

“Women looking for longer, fuller, darker eyelashes are no longer opting for false lashes or extensions, but are turning to this service which could spell the end of these – and standard mascara, too.”
“After five months of chemotherapy to blitz my ovarian cancer I had no body hair left as chemo kills the cells that produce hair follicles. I painted the treatment on like eyeliner every night and after six weeks my eyelashes were 25 percent longer. Within three months they were thicker and felt fabulously full. The result looked natural, only better. Without being able to pinpoint exactly what’s changed about me, friends tell me I’ve got the twinkle back in my eye. And when I see my new eyelashes in the mirror, I finally look like me again.”
“While you wait it out, you can help along your hairs using a treatment that promotes hair growth.”
“Like any girl, I want my lashes to be longer and thicker. I’ve tried lash-boosters, and they do make a difference, but I want more. So I’m turning to the hard stuff and road-testing a lash growing treatment that’s just become available in the UK. Only available on prescription, its offered from the Mylash service. One bottle lasted me three months and you’ll see a difference in four weeks (with best results in 16). I’m only three weeks in but I’m already noticing they’re thicker and, having seen the lashes of someone who’s been using it for 6 months (a-MAZING), I’m applying it religiously!”
The promise: Twenty five per cent longer, 106 per cent thicker and 18 per cent darker lashes in three months. The lowdown: Mylash uses a prescription only formula that was originally used in the treatment of glaucoma. It’s already a cult treatment in the US. After a consultation, I apply a thin layer daily along my lash line until the lashes reach my desired length (it takes three months). The results: Beyond what I hoped for – my lashes are longer, darker and thicker.

Mylash is a UK company, run by British doctors

Mylash was originally founded by Tom Walker in 2007 based on his knowledge that a well studied treatment for glaucoma, an eye condition, had an interesting side effect – eyelash growth!

He has a keen interest in hair growth and non-surgical ways to improve this for cosmetic purposes and post-chemotherapy.

Dr Walker has been published in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has contributed his professional opinions to articles in Hello magazine, Elle, Grazia and many more.

Mylash continues to only use British based medical doctors to ensure a safe service that offers you a clinically proven treatment.
