How does it actually grow your eyelashes?

Lumigan (known in America as Latisse when used for eyelash growth) comes in a small bottle, the same as any eye drop bottle. A tiny brush is used to apply the liquid to the base of your eyelashes, much like a liquid eyeliner being applied. This liquid is taken into the follicle of the hair and increases the hair growth cycle rate. This boosts the growth of the hair and the eyelash becomes longer, thicker and darker.
